Helping Churches Become a Home for Young Adults

I help pastors build young adult ministries where people belong, grow as disciples, develop as leaders, and engage in the mission of Jesus.

What Are You Trying to Build?

Young Adults Need More Than Another Gathering.

They need a church they can call HOME.

A place where they are known. A community where they can grow. Leaders who invest in them. Opportunities to discover their gifts, serve others, and become people who help others follow Jesus.

Churches want this too. But turning that desire into a healthy ministry, clear discipleship pathway, and multiplying leadership culture can be difficult.

That’s where I can help.

WHY HOME?

Build People Who Gather, Not Just Gatherings of People.

Healthy young adult ministry isn't ultimately measured by how many people we can gather, but by who those people are becoming.

ENCOUNTER

God.
Create environments where young adults encounter Jesus through Scripture, worship, prayer, relationships, and the gathered church.

EQUIP

For a lifetime of faith.
Build groups, relationships, discipleship pathways, and leaders that help faith take root.

ENGAGE

In God's mission.
Help young adults move from consuming church to serving, leading, discipling others, and participating in God's mission.

I've Spent 15+ Years Building This.

For almost two decades, I've built young adult ministry in the local church and para church context, developing leaders, growing groups, creating discipleship pathways, building internships, and helping young adults move from attending church to participating in its mission.

Along the way, I've learned what works, what doesn't, and how much context matters. Now I help other pastors build healthy young adult ministries in their own churches and communities.

You Don’t Have to Build It Alone.

CLARIFY
Identify what's working and what's getting in the way.

LISTEN
Understand your ministry and context.

First-person perspective of a person sitting on a chair with legs stretched out and crossed at the ankles, wearing sneakers and blue jeans, in a large, empty meeting or conference room with another person sitting at a round table surrounded by papers, drinks, and electronic devices including laptops and a smartphone, while four other people sit further away at different tables.

MULTIPLY
Develop people and systems that grow beyond you.

BUILD
Create a practical strategy for what comes next.
